Dinah Senior, Senior Consultant
Dinah is a marketing communications professional who worked for a leading global news agency for ten years. She is a trained psychotherapist and an experienced trainer in the communications field. Dinah quality manages I.D. projects for In-volve, successfully designing and delivering innovative services meeting the needs of socially challenged and highly creative young people. Dinah has a unique style of delivery that is both non-judgemental and challenging, drawing on her personal commitment to truth and integrity. She is particularly expert in the delivery of capacity building training for professionals.
Lee Harper-Penman, Senior Consultant
Lee is an experienced Manager and community coach consultant, who has been at the forefront of progressive service delivery and implementation to hard to reach groups with In-volve for over fourteen years. Lee is a qualified youth / life coach and counsellor and is also trained in various talk therapies and youth working practices including NLP (Nuero Linguistic Programming).
Lee has been instrumental in the creation and delivery of a number of flagship youth projects, pioneering peer education models and innovative youth led diversionary projects such as graffiti art projects linked with Thames Link Rail Services, DJ & MC programmes linked with private sector music companies, and was key in the development of the London Safety Dance Initiative.
Lee also managed the Barking Youth Inclusion Project which was hailed as the most successful project in the country in 2000, cutting crime by a staggering 59%. Lee was also instrumental in coaching J-Rock from Big Brovaz through the process of giving up cannabis, as was televised by the Channel 4 documentary ‘Giving up the Weed’.
