We will always provide clear learning outcomes so that you know what to expect and what skills, knowledge and attitudes will be gained from attending our training.

We guarantee that you will be able to use any work you do for our accredited courses as evidence if you wish to gain qualifications in line with DANOS, for example an NVQ in Health and Social Care. They are also included within the Federation of Drug & Alcohol Professionals Continuing Professional Development CPD.

We will ensure all our courses accommodate a range of learning styles, are interactive, and allow learning to take place from the experiences of participants as well as the trainers.

We will ensure that all our courses reflect our commitment to providing equality of opportunity and will have this as an underpinning value.

We will always provide quality trainers with the appropriate skills, knowledge and attitudes to successfully facilitate sessions.

We will always aim to keep abreast of the latest developments in the substance misuse and social care fields, and utilise these within any training delivered.

We will be realistic and competitive in our pricing. We recognise that due to external administration charges, In-training accredited courses may cost more than non-accredited courses, however this reflects the added value that an accreditation offers.

We recognise that participants learn best when they feel safe and secure in the environment. We are committed to provide training packages which are fun and use the latest research about optimum learning environments.
