In-volve Inspire is unique service commissioned for people wishing to address substance misuse issues to provide:
• Specialised stimulant harm reduction program
• Needle exchange service
• Structured aftercare program
Most of all, In-volve Inspire is there to listen to you and help you achieve your goals.
Our aftercare service:
Designed to meet the needs of people who have successfully completed their treatment but need on going support to address life issues. It offers a range approaches including:
• A walking group, which provides re-socialisation into the community, and a chance to make new friends.
• An IT group provides up2date teaching around all aspects of basic skills in
• word, excel etc.
• A fitness group looks at health issues, dieting, eating, muscle tone and holistic health.
• And our care planning group provides a special place whereby ex Service users support one another, write care plans, have guest speakers, and regular one to ones where needed.
Our stimulant service provides:
• Key working sessions
• On the spot assessments
• Auricular acupuncture,
• Detox teas
• Harm reduction
• Relapse prevention
• A support group for people 18 and over
Our needle exchange:
Offers a fully comprehensive package tailored to meet individual need. Needles can be exchanged, and replaced, advice and support given, plus onward referral, hep c and blood borne virus knowledge and access group work sessions.
