This is the bit where we are supposed to tell you about our ISO 9001/2000 compliant quality management system, or Draftspace,
our state of the art information technology system that allows us to
manage our clients and the whole organisation online. But we aren’t
going to do that, because the thing that is central to our approach is
a lot simpler and a lot more powerful – passion.
Young people are full of passion. They get passionate about music,
sports, fashion, TV, computer games, sex, drugs, and rock n roll.
So why are many 'professional' organisations so dry?
The secret of In-volve’s success (and sometimes our failures), lies in
our passion. We get fired up about the work we do, and employ people
who share our energy. We don’t believe in group think, we believe in
thinking out loud.
We see diversity as one of our greatest strengths. This isn’t just
about having the right policies in place (which we have). It’s about
having a fundamental understanding of the challenges and benefits of
creating a diverse workforce; the competence to manage it, as well as a
total commitment to making it work. It’s not always pretty, but it is
effective.
We believe in the power of people to make a positive difference and we
create opportunities for them to do so.
We tap into the creativity,
passion and pain that exists within the people we work with, and help
them to channel this to create better futures.
Sounds a bit extreme? We know, but as long as it works - we don’t care.
