Identity and Difference (I.D.) is the name of In-volve’s approach to working with young people who are affected by exclusion and disadvantage, and with the professionals who work with them.
We believe that the best tools available should be used to support those in greatest need, and our experience shows that the most successful self development processes start with identity - how we see ourselves - and difference - how we experience those who are other than us, and how we deal with change.
